I would first like to thank the last BOD members @magic and @mrehfeld for there service to the club. The new BOD had our first conference call last night to talk about the club and brainstorm some ideas. We are going to need help from everyone to bring some life back into the club. We ask that if you see any cool or interesting articles post them, start some lively discussions and show off your tanks. We all love seeing everyone's tanks and the progress being made on them.

We specifically are looking for volunteers with some knowledge and/or background in website development for some help with the site itself. We also want to bring back the photo of the month and are looking for a volunteer to run it. If anyone is interested post here or contact myself or any other BOD member. With everyone's help we can bring this club back to the lively informative place we all know it can be.

I'd like to eventually get more involved, right now my tank is going through some issues so no real updates on it, i'm getting the house ready for our 4th kid, and things are a bit hectic, lol.

i think some type of job description will be needed for volunteers, website development and POTM moderator.... i say that because it would be easier for folks to "step-up" if we know what you guys are looking for. personally ill volunteer for anything as long as its within my capacity

For the web side of things we are looking to update the homepage which as of now is fairly generic. We also may need some help with a few other web related issues that @Edwardw771 can possibly shine some more light on. As of now the focus would be on the homepage.

For POTM we are looking for someone or maybe 2 people to run it. This would include posting the monthly thread, receiving entries, posting the voting thread, and announcing the winner.
