In general I'm liking the new forum, but still have some comments.

1. The HOME page just isn't doing it for me. I would prefer if recent posts were included on the home page and the "who we are" info go into a link in the top bar (along with pictures and meeting info). When I go to our site the first thing I want to see are recent posts.....similar to R2R.

2. If 1 above isn't done, when I'm not logged in I have a choice of "recent post", "recent activity," and "authors," but once I log in "recent post" is no longer available.

3. I was going to post this in "Announcements" because that's where I've seen other issues with the site posted. However, I see this, "You have insufficient privileges to post here.," so I posted in General Discussion.

3. Who or what are robots. If I look at who's on line, we have robots on line. Who are they?

Out of all of this I can answer #3. Robots are the Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. spiders that go out and index sites for the search engines.

I wouldn't mind seeing recent posts on the home page either. I think it makes things a bit easier to navigate.

1. Added Recent threads to the home page for now. I agree the whole home page needs a face lift. going to need help to get that done.
2. going to have to look into this. it doesn't work that way for me.
3. Announcements were locked down as they should be announcements.

Have you guys been playing with the HOME page again....it's screwed up when on my computer. It's hard to tell, but it looks like recent posts are now single letters per line.

Announcements needs to be opened up. If I want to post a winner for my contests where do I post it? This is a sorry situation.

It is apparent the naughty word filters are not installed with this new forum software. Two times this past week I've seen posts with naughty words. I'd suggest this be "turn on." There's another post this evening with a naughty word.

Here's another issue: When using "Report a Post," or the Linking function, with the window that opens, you see nothing when you type.....but it's there. I'm going to guess that the text is the same color as the background. And this is when I'm on a computer....haven't checked phone or tablet.
