Cycle with or without filter sock?

It could help clear ur water from anything free floating. Stuff from the salk, rocks, sand etc

I don't think it will make a difference biologically though. Couldo be wrong,
Personally I have cycled with them on

filter sock will clear the water, it won't effect the bio filter you are starting up.
