i havent checked but i think everything from my last order there is still alive. the freckled tang i bought has been extremely reclusive so idk if he is eating or not but im assuming shes been alive so long she must be eating the nori or smething i have in the tank

I saw last night one of my bangaii cardinals didn’t make it. I haven’t seen the other 2 eat yet. The hippo tang is doing great.

bangaii cardinals usually kill each other off. people buy 3 hoping 2 will mate up, but if you end up with all males or females then you'll just have 1 at the end. when they get a bit bigger, you can see vents on their body which identify them as male or female. also thos cardnials eat at night, so try feeding them in the dark and see if that makes a difference.

also you can try changing the food up and see if that will get them eating.most fish go a little crazy over mysis (not much value there but it coud get them eating)

do you have the dead one, post a picture here and amybe we can see what might have killed it. did it have any sores or spots on it?

Thanks for the info. He was stuck to the powerhead and I flushed him this morning. I didn’t notice any dots or anything out of the ordinary. I’ve been watching all of the fish pretty closely since I got them.
