Sooo I pulled some live rock from my tank which Is loaded with star polyps. Only because I was doing some interior decorating. Well I found 2 things on this rock I have no idea what the hell they are.

Now to the special part instead of taking pics right away I decided to scrape it all off. SMFH.

Anyways what uses slime and sand to build tunnels and I want to say bores holes through live rock and at the surface of the rock makes a soft tube.

I was able to get a few pics but not what I should of.

After all that I’m wondering if I should not put the rock back or if I’m good to go.

IMO, as long as everything in the tank is doing well I’ll kinda just assume anything “weird” that I find in my tank is some sort of beneficial hitchhiker and I don’t remove it. I’m a fan of increased biodiversity in our tanks.
