ORA plugs

Am I the only one who hates these garbage plugs? Everytime I get ORA frags the plug is uncuttable. You need a dremmel and a half hour to cut the plug in half. You still can get the Coral off the plug without damaging the Coral.

Anyone have any hints or tips on how to get this done?
