Make sure you are far far far away from bridges when taking pics! It's illegal to photograph them now!

She is right, bridges AND tunnels (Manhattan bridges and tunnels at least). Signs are posted as you aproach them (drive) to enter/go on them.

I think the no photographing rule is something recent. I've heard the most that will happen to you is they'll take you in for questioning.
