"Ozone or not to Ozone" - Is the question, or does it smell like nitrates?

Hey does anyone have an ozone setup for their tank?
IF so how well does it work? Is it tricky to setup?
Does it really do what it is suppose to do, or is all NITRITES?
Also what is the rule of thumb for how much ozone is to be injected into the system?

I am thinking about venturing into buying one. But I can not find any info on how to set one up or any info on how much ozone is required?

Whats the scoop????????????????????????? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Here are some links that Jeff found.  I was running Ozone prior to reading these.  Afterwards I shut it down because I was more confused than ever!  All I know is there are some potentially serious ramifications if things go wrong (like "death in humans in less than an hour").  At some point I may reread the articles and try it again but for now I'm out of the ozone game.

I've been using ozone for a while now. I've got a Milwaukee pH/ORP controller (SMS125) that switches the Enaly ozone generator, which is connected to my skimmer, on and off. I've got the controller set around 370.

When I first hooked it up I noticed a faint smell of ozone. After a few hours it was no longer noticeable. It only took a day or two for the water to become clear.

People seem to be equally divided as to the pros and cons of ozone use. I haven't seen any cons to using it, so I will continue to use it.

I am by no means an expert, but can try and answer any questions you guys have.

Not at all. The only time I notice it is when I shut down the skimmer during feeding and I forget to turn off the ozone generator. Even then you can only smell it when you put your head by the skimmer. What can I say, I like the smell of skimate. :p
