We fully broke down the 45g tank and we were moving it out to the garage last night so we could get the house in shape for Thanksgiving and hosting. The tank was connected to the sump with the glass holes overflow kit and we tried to move it all at once because again we were rushing. Well when push on a bulkhead, glass cracks. So we now have a worthless 45g tank and all the stuff to run it. Sorry to those who might want the tank.

.That has been the demise of more tanks than you know. I owned a 300 DD for an hour before the owner cracked the bottom doing the same thing.
Ouch! Sorry to hear that Mike. I cracked the bottom of my very first tank before I ever got it setup so I know how you feel.
After carefully drilling holes for the bulkheads in the garage... I hastily tried to move it by myself by rolling it on a couple PVC pipes (it was a 135g tank) instead of asking for help.
Well, I got it to just about where I wanted it, then tried to nudge it just one more inch. That's when the back end rolled right off the PVC and slammed onto the concrete floor, putting a nice crack in the bottom glass panel.
