Was in Petco 10 mins ago.
It usually happens next weekend but the manager hasn’t received any information on it. Normally she gets a few weeks notice.
So, no clue when its going down at the moment or even if its going to be any time soon.
She also told me that 40s and 55s are no longer a buck a gallon but they will be 50% off.

Follow up on this.
As I need a tank soon I did some research and found a price of $90 for an Aqueon 40b locally.
I called Petco to see if they'd price match and spoke to a girl I know there.
She told me that they're convinced there will be a $1 a gallon sale before the end of July.
