PITA MiniMax Anemone

So I moved my minimax over to the new tank and it took a walk. It decided to go under the lowest rock it could at the bottom of the tower so I'd have to tear the whole tank down to get at it. I cant even reach it with my hand.

Question is what do I do from here? Will it move up out of the dark on its own or is it destined to stay there and die possibly wiping out the tank? Don't really know what to do at this point.

I'll try to get a pic up later of where it is.

I'm pretty sure it will eventually move on it's own, I just picked up a Rainbow BTA And it did exactly the same thing I'm Going to leave it right where it sits, I'm confident that It will move-up on its own.

+1 Wait it out. It may take a few days, but it will then find it's happy place.

Just hope I don't loose all my inverts as its a common hangout for most of them as well.

A little old thread, but it didn't move out of the shade. It is now kind of bleached out as it hasn't had light since it has been in the tank. I cant directly feed it either as it is in a spot that is very difficult to get to(i'm shoulder deep if I hit the sand bed). I see it catch food from time to time when it drifts by, but it's not getting any good sized meals. Should I be concerned or should it be okay?

It may not be happy with all of the LPS in the tank. I have had large hosting anemones get into turf battles with leathers and LPS.

I would move some of the lps around and see if it comes out.
