Hi all,
I am trying to figure out what size piping to use. the overflow is 1.5" but the bulkhead is 1.25" OD and 1" ID the return is 1" reduced to 3/4 with 2 outlets the bulkhead is the same as the other one. Should I use 1.25 for the drain and 1" for the return or should I just use 1" for both?

120 perfecto corner flo tank. The dorso and return were pre made by pefrecto and came with the tank

I would definitly use the 1" on the return and then reduce it to 3/4. I did this on my tank and I believe I got more pressure comming out from my pump. Im not sure how the smaller piping will effect the drain but I wouldnt go any lower than the 1.25" You may end up hearing some crazy swooshing noises from the water being forced through the smaller openings.
