Pods and socks

So while my tank is in its fallow period, I figured it would be a good time to add pods and allow them to multiply without predators. I was wondering, would filter socks cause them to get stuck when going down the overflow?
The socks are the 200m ones.

(I do also have red Sea filter cups stored away)

Yep. Try to rig it so the pods are multiplying in the section just after the socks/floss. Fill it with lots of rubble, marine pure, or build a fuge. Ideally this section will also be after the skimmer if possible, as some will be pulled in, but if that can't be managed you should still be OK, enough will get through into the tank.
I'm actually using a hang on back fuge atm to dump pods into. have a bunch of marine pure frags and cheato in there as well for them.

I agree if you have a refugium with cheato I’d put pods in there they will make their way into main tank
