It looks like someone took the fish out, cut off the dorsal fin, and threw the poor thing back in.

Looks like a case of being electrocuted..... bet that tank isnt grounded properly and there is a ton of stray voltage going through it.

Have seen something like it before with a scopas tang.... went and looked at the tank and it had a bad power strip that was leaking enough voltage into the tank to start a car.

Not a pretty site

wow.. that is bad... that is really bad. that person should be ashamed to post pics like that on the net. that is animal abuse case to me.
