spinal fusion is no joke. 3 to 5 year recovery time and usually requires additional surgeries.

I should be healed 6-12 months...I’ll be back to fixing stuff in no time! Hopefully won’t need another surgery for 20+ years.

Which ones? The green discosoma mushrooms? I have some frags of them for 10 each...or I Am selling a rock loaded with them.

I am around Saturday all day, Sunday only in the evening...Monday and Tuesday around all day.

weekend is out. have to do the control arm bushings on my wife's car. gonna be fun. plan on melting out the rubber with a torch and air hammering the metal portion of the bushings out. press from AutoZone was a fail. these are too big for that little kit. worst case I can take them to a local farm and use their press but I'd rather not spend the money. they quoted me $1000 on this job. bought the parts for less than 100 including some ball joints to boot.

Usually cheaper just to replace the entire Control arm.depending on the vehicle...everything is junk now a days...new control arm comes with bushings presses in and ball joints.

easier yes, cheaper no. not in this case. Volvo xc90. ball joints also on the hub, connected to, but not part of control arms. think I saved about 200+ this way.
