I discovered that any coral in from gets blasted with much flow even in the lowest setting. Wondering if I move them back into the corners if it would reduce the flow amount to frint. There is at least a foot it move back, see pics.
Any thoughts?

It can't hurt to move PH back as far as possible.
Thanks the PBT dominates with the Pakastani.

Have to say all my purchases look great.
Duster is out looks good.
Torch I moved back and is extending.
Tangs don't like the taste of the red macro algae. Split it in two and tied to small plugs. One in each side of tank. Hope it grows out.

I'd move them back a bit and not have them facing the front glass. Mave have them cross flow somewhere towards the middle.

I prefer to bounce my power heads either off a side glass or towards another power head. More randomness and chaotic and doesn’t directly hit anything full force.

In a rectangle tank I agree but a triangle much more difficult. I should have purchased 3 or 4 smaller ones like SOW4 or SOW8.

Can you put a diffuser on your power head. Otherwise perhaps your solution you alluded to. Sell the heads you have and get a few smaller ones

With tank I picked up over the weekend I don't plan to keep the corner one. I may have an issue.
As I started cleaning out garage I was way in the back and looked and said hmm this is smaller than I thought.
So measured where I was planning to put tank and its 58/59 inches plus 2 inches for tape measure, so 61" total. Tight fit.
Will have to put it long ways on the outer wall which is 8 foot.
