Power Head Suggestion for 30G Cube

So I met up with Ron (RWC) last night, he hooked me up with some amazing free frags!!! While I was there I saw how a tank is done right, and he imparted some of his reef wisdom that I'm looking to put into practice. I don't have nearly enough flow in my tank. I have a $40 pwr head, no idea the GPH, but it barely makes any current. I'm looking to keep it cheap, baby on the way, what do you guys suggest?

Ps - yes my PWR head is also covered in algae but even new it wasn't up to the task, and frankly I don't feel like cleaning it since I knew I wanted a new one.

Ps - my coraline on my tank turned white and died during the move recently, is that normal? I should scrape it off right?

Jebao WP10 or WP25

flow problems solved and more.

or Vortech MP10, cost a bit more though.

I think a jeboa wp10 is more then enough for that cube. And there only like $60 something. Just as much flow as a vortech mp10 with out paying over $200 for a pump

At minimum in terms of value and performance do the jebao wp-25, which can be had for about $70 shipped. The MPs are pretty sleek, if your budget is not a consideration than that's a good option.
