Dave, help me out....These look like short little extension cords. What do you do with them? I'm not very bright!

If you have a small power strip and you cannot fit those oversized power adapters - then you use these short extension cords. For example, the bulky timers sometimes cannot fit on a power strip without covering another plug.

Hawkeye basically covered it. I have timers for example that overlap multiple slots. These allow for separation from the strip.
