QTing a new fish has someone on his fins ideas?

Got a few fish in QT getting treated and noticed one of them has some weird stuff on his fins any ideas

Looks to me to be something like lymphocystis, which I recollect is viral in nature.

If you can keep the fish healthy, unstressed and well-fed, that fluff should go away by itself.
