Ques. for those with closed loop experience

I am currently discussing buying this tank. Can anyone with experience working with closed loops give my your opinion on this arrangement? Effective?

I think with just 2 returns you wil still need to add more flow within the tank,but I think it's a good deal.

I agree with reefsandrotts. You may need a little more flow but it's a heck of a deal.

I have the same size tank in my basement and the dimensions are nice. Personally, I like tanks that are a little bigger front to back but you can make it work.
