Quiet Fans

Some time ago I found a link on RC to a website that sold quiet cooling fans. Of course, now I can't find it.

I want to replace the fan in my light, as it is rather loud, or at least i would like it to be quieter. Anyone have any good recomendations?

I'm not sure of the voltage of the current fan, but if the new one was 120V i could easily make that work. It's approx 4.5" across the blades and 1" thick.
