Radion or kessil????

So I’m having a slight dilemma here.. I recently acquired some lights and not sure what to use or just keep what I’m running now. I’m currently running 2- XR15’s on my 75g (4’x18”x20” height and width may be off but very close) and are treating me well. I have 3 kessil 160 tuna blue (which really make a tank pop). I also have 2- XR30’s I can throw on and link to my reef link. My issue is I have a cabinet over my tank which puts the kessils about 8” over the tank and with the center brace I cannot use all 3.

So my question is what would you do???

I currently don’t have any SPS but at the rate this hobby (addiction actually) is reeling me I most definitely will down the road.
What ever I don’t use will most likely be put sale.

I like my Kessils, but I'm not sure that 3 160s is enough light for that water depth (I guess that's dependent on what you want in there anyway). If you want to run them, you would need four so you can deal with the brace. That said, radions are great lights too. I would put the XR30s on it with an aquatic life hybrid fixture.

I would run the 2 XR3o, in conjunctions with the 2 160s for supplement - 160 - XR30 |brace| XR30 - 160 - you can also even angle the third to avoid the brace.

that would be a good amount light for your tank, even with SPS mid to high.

the hybrid would be a good idea too but i'd use what you have.

That’s what I was thinking with the Kessils. I would have to get a 4th light.

Trying to mount all that kinda cosmetically would be very hard but mixing the 2 types of led really makes me want to experiment. Kinda just use the 160s for the shimmer and what light I can. Kinda huge the center with the xr30’s and the 160s on the outside
