red sea max bulbs

My red sea max is about a year old. it is the 75 gallon version. it runs 6 high intensity 39 watt florescent bulbs. My corals look bad as well as my pink anemone. The corals are a frogspawn, green hammer a large kenya tree, they all look like they pulled in and the anemone went short and clear and wilted. I checked my water parameters and I show Zero ammonia, nitrates, phosphates. The ph is 8.4 and my alkalinity is a little high but not out of range. I use clear sea salt and do a weekly water change of about 20 gallons. The fish all look great and eat like pigs. i lost a cleaner shrimp out of the blue 3 days ago. Is this due to bulbs going bad? I run them about 10 hours a day, 2 in the morning and 8 at night. Appreciate the help.

I don't think the shrimp had anything to do with the bulbs...more likely a bad molt.  Iodine can help with that.

Sorry should be responsible and say that if you dose you should test too. I am lax with this as I don't dose as much as suggested and have a lot of macro algae and skim which depletes it too.
