I haven't had much luck with them either. Two orders in the past 2 months. One order arrived with 50% of the items missing and the other order was mostly DOA.

This is the worst time to order snails.
Wait until it gets warmer. Shipping in the winter is hard on livestock. I would buy local.

Mickey you won’t need a clean up crew for a few months your tanks is not even setup yet.

I had placed an order with them 2 months ago and it took almost 2 weeks to come, they said they had shipped it shortly after my order went in. Might have been the USPS fault. More than 3/4 of the livestock was DOA.

Like I said this is the worse time to order a cleanup crew. Wait until spring
