Of course there are issues with blogtalkradio tonight. Show is delayed 1/2 hour at their request. Hopefully they will get it fixed.

Yes. I learned that it's normal for the tips of an Acro to get algea on them. Never knew how to fix it tho. I thought of clipping just the tips, but never thought about putting a drop of crazy glue on them to prevent it from happening again.

Thanks, glad everyone enjoyed it. Hopefully the technical difficulties didn't scare too many folks away. I freaked out when just as I was about to call Eric, I noticed blogtalkradio's servers went down. Don't know why it was a suprise. Things like that always seem to happen to me.

But for the first q&a show it went really well. Had some good varied questions, Eric enjoyed answering them and had a decent showing of live listeners (just under 50). Hopefully next time, some other folks will call in to ask the question. It makes it better to listen to than me reading the questions, and you can ask a followup then.

What does everyone think of the 8pm time on Sundays? Is that a good time?

Next one is November 11th with Steven Pro. So start thinking of questions now. I will definately need help. Didn't realize until after I scheduled it, that I'll be returning from Las Vegas that afternoon. So I may not be in tip top shape to host it.

On the 25th of November I think we'll do another roundtable. If anyone would like to be a part of the rountable let me know. Think the show will be focused on a keep it/trash it discussion on hitchhikers.

I'm going to try to line up some more guests (at least 1 more before the end of the year). Think Adam Blundell is going to do it, just need to confirm a date.

I'm reaching out to others this week.

I'm going to ask Scott, his presentation was a blast, so I think he'd be a fun guest.

Any other ideas let me know.

Scott is definitely a keeper! I'd be there to listen to him and ask some questions. I think he needs more graphs in his presentation, though ;D

BTW, thanks a lot for including us in this. It really is a great addition to our club and is an excellent benefit for our memebrs to take advantage of. Also, we truly appreciate you stepping up and volunteering to tape the speakers Saturday. I'm looking forward to watching the videos since I didn't get a chance to really absorb what they had to say initially.

No prob on taping the speakers. Glad I could help. Not sure how good the audio is on the dvds from the video camera, but grab the mp3 of the audio recorded from the mic if they are too low.
