Removing hairy shroom

Is there a way to remove a hairy shroom from a rock other than breaking the rock?

You can peel it off the rock. Just work your finger between the foot and the rock go slow and he'll come off

Thanks Terri. Will try within the hour. I need to cook the rock that it's attached too. I guess after I remove it, I can put it on another rock held with a rubberband, correct?

SOMETIMES, THE RUBBER BAND WILL JUST CUT THE SHROOM IN HALF IF IT'S TOO TIGHT.... SOMETIMES YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF PUTTING IT IN A TUPPER WARE WITH LOTS OF HOLES CUT INTO IT FOR FLOW AND SOME RUBBLE ROCK PIECES, USUALLY WITHIN THE WEEK IT WILL ATTACH
