Rock Color

I have Yellow and green growth on my live rock as well as pink and i as well as my friend cant figure out or find out if its good/ bad or what so maybe someone here could help.

It's hard to see in the pic but the brown looking stuff isn't good. See if you can rub it off with a toothbrush or siphon it out.

Rock looks good to me. I don't see anything about the brown colors that would make me think twice, especially if your tank is under 3 months old. If you could back up a bit and take a picture straight through the glass that would help.
 
Looks like dynos or diatoms to me and it's overall better for the tank to remove as much as possible of undesired algae and like stuff whenever possible even when it's on schedule with a new tank setup.

Just my opinion of course!

Yeah the pic is from my phone, not terrible but hard to get a clear shot with it...

Im using a 50/50 coralife light that i keep on for about 8 hours a day.

My tank is id say about 3 weeksish? old.

Looks fine for 3 weeks. Diatoms (light brown dusty look to rock/sand) will likely burn itself out over the next few weeks. While you could siphon it out, most find that step not to be necessary. It will feed on the nutrients and disappear if left alone.
