Rock overhaul experiment.

So I had a bit of ugly stage and the old rock I was using has a ton of turf on it in no time at all.
Thinking about a total rescape with different (and old disgusting) rock that I like the shapes of.

My dilemma: Some of these rock bits are small and they are cut to have flat surfaces.
Do I muriatic acid them, followed by a week of a bleach soak, or do I just do a concentrated bleach soak for a week?

Thoughts appreciated.

Have they been out of water for a while? If so, a mild bleach soak with a fresh water soak for a few days should suffice. You just want to clean them up I would think

Yeah, they're dead algae covered (I scarped off the big bits), old, and dry. :)
