So i ordered a rodi buddie for my house cause buying water got out of hand now, was wondering how to lower waste water found some info online saying you can add another membrane chamber before the buddie to reduce water anyone have experience with this?

Booster pump helps, a second membrane helps but you need high pressure off the tap or in conjunction with a pump. You could also store the waste water and use it for other applications.

I have the 'buddy' and don't have any kind of booster with well water and 40lbs average. for every gallon of RO I get 3-4 gal of waste- I collect mine for everything from watering plants, flushing toilets, and doing laundry

Running a Buddy for a few years now.
Two years back I got the booster.
TREMENDOUS difference in increased output and decreased waste.
Plus it backwashes the membranes in the RODI unit as well every time it shuts down.
