Seller’s beware scammers

These 2 person’s with these numbers tried to scam me today on a posting by another member

What happened

Was trying to buy a Hanna alk checker and both these numbers tried to get payment from me as if they were selling it

It sucks selling stuff these days. So many people harassing me I eventually told 2 to F%$& off. Don't care if they report or ban me.

Got it. So they monitored this site, saw the sale and contact info, and approached you as the salesperson.
Confirming they are not related to the site.
May be a situation where we need a rule modification, like no visible contact info in the forums (I'm a major violator of that).

Good rule of thumb is to never post full name/address/phone number or email in public. And unless it’s someone I know from the forum all transactions happen at the local PD. There are marked and monitored parking spots at the front door. I make this clear to buyers. If they back out you probably just saved yourself aggravation.
