So many of you know that I am upgrading to a 180. My biggest challenge was to get my wife to say YES to a basement sump room. I was having no luck, but the genius that I am, I took her to the Christmas party hoping that when she saw Mike and Nikki's set up she would be convinced. Well, she loved the set up! Thought "Wow, really quiet" but alas not convinced. That is when my fellow club members, God, love you guys took over with the convincing. First up was Rob aka Hockeynut and Mike aka mrehfeld. They almost had her. I could see her buckling under the logic of the agruements. Then she met Anthony aka raffle king and Terri aka adesimone1. Okay, so Terri starts talking about her living room looking like "swiss cheese". I am like Terri that is not helping my cause. (All in good fun). She sat and listened to all the stories of why a basement build is best, but still not convinced. At the end of party, Bob aka radiata regales her yet again with the advantages. Boy you guys are good. The US should use you all as diplomats. Other countries would have no chance! 
So I get home and two days straight I ask for her decision but since I don't like the decision I get I keep asking. Til I wore her down. She said and I quote, " You are not going to stop until I say yes, so go ahead." We'll woke the kids up with my loud cheer. Dance
