Skimmer for 125 gal

Hey all! newbie question here.... What's the best in-sump skimmer under $300 for a heavily stocked 125 gallon? I was thinking about going with a coralife superskimmer 220 but what would you choose if it was your tank?

I have a MSX250 on my 220/75 sump with 5 tangs no problem.. i highly recommend them and i've heard the cones are killer for the price
