Skimmer Question

Does anyone have a largish set-it-and-forget-it skimmer? If so, what brand and model. I'm tired of fiddling with them...

I have a DAS-1 and I set it up about a year ago.I set it up and adjusted it once and haven't had to touch it since.The collection cup is mod-ed to a scum bucket and gets cleaned every 5-6 days.I'm sure there are others like this.

I have had excellent results with my LifeReef Skimmer. Other than cleaning it I don't touch it often at all....

Your welcome to try my ETSS 900XR. I never adjusted it unless I cleaned the skimmer body. I just don't know how you'd hook it up to your system since it needs to sit above the sump.

quick question on this thread. External skimmers, do they need to be adjusted less often than skimmers mounted in sump.
