So the Paintman and his family just got back from our yearly trek to Point Pleasant Beach where we vacationed for the week. For the past 4 years we have stayed at the White Sands Hotel. The wifey likes it because its right on the beach and the Paintman likes it because it has a reef tank at the bar ;D
However this year the tank was not much to look at. After talking to the hotels manager, she claimed that they have a "professional tank maintenance service" come in twice a week and clean the tank. So you tell me if it looks as if a professional takes care of this tank....

Whoa! They should combine that with the aiptasia tank, I mean lionfish tank, they used to have at Jenks!

Thats funny as s##t, I was gonna post that same tank just never got there to take pics,
the leathers are new, last winter only had bubbles! LOL!

Hows about a trade? I can get you some primo aiptasia for some of those awesome bubbles. They twinkle like friggen stars under the flash!

Jim that would be funny if it didn't happen to me. When I was new to the hobby I actually bought a rock covered in valonia because I thought it looked cool. Needless to say my tank looked like that after a month and took several months of hard work to get rid of it. Oh well live and learn.

I got the idea because several times "civilians," including my mom, have said "Ohh, what's that beautiful green thing?"

OH MAN! BRAINSTORM! We should have a "BIGGEST VALONIA" contest at MACNA!!!
