Hi, I tried using the membership form to join, but it doesn't allow me to fill it out and email. Just print and snail mail.

You just save it as a PDF then attach to an email.

For some reason it opens into a Microsoft word doc.

You can fill it out in MS Word, save it and then email it as an attachment or as a file.
