spider web like (I.D.)

I have these tubes growing out of my rocks and every once in awhile long webs come out of them I'm talkinking like a foot long at times. anyone know what this is? If image is not good enough I could do better.

does the "web" retract at any time? without a picture, i think those tubes are spaghetti worms. that web is a sweeper of sorts, to catch food.

Congrtas it looks like a Terebellid Worm (spaghetti worm) a harmless scavenger.

I thought that at first but it comes out of a small tube and I don't think spaghetti worms do and yes they do retract
