Seen something similar on another club thought it might work out here. I thought we could show case a new coral once a week. Each person can post there pick of spot light coral and tell use what works for them. I will start and then ever Friday I will try to start another could be SPS LPS softies zoas what ever

This a branching hammer Coral purple base bright green tips I have this at medium flow and med way down under T5's it grows like crazy and is a very beautiful addition to the tank

So please let's see some hammer and your care

Well speaking of hammers I have the same one as you (literally) and I believe mine gets more direct flow witch makes it have longer tentacles. It also is at the bottom of the tank with 90degree LED's slightly shadowed. Still glows better than anything else in the tank.

Now if we go with Euphyllia in general I got this octospawn bleached and small. Gets less direct flow but more light. Hopefully it colors up a little better.

I also never directly feed or do anything extra for either of these and they both seem to be very happy. (even when issues arise) They are both very hardy.

Sorry they are close ups. It's lights out and these are the only pics I have of either.

Nice pieces and great idea dan. No hammer in my tank now bit hopefully I'll be able to participate when you spotlight some stuff I do have.
