Tried it the other night. AllI saw was water, 2 Finnex heaters, 2 bio blocks and an algae scrubber that has yet to be hooked up. LOL!

I banished a ton more chaeto to the 55 drum, and found a ton of fans underneath, thousands of swimming shrimp, and my bay clams happily filtering away.

what type light do you use to grow these crazy amounts of cheato?

I have rediculous phosphates and nitrates and cannot grow cheato.
tried a few lights

I’ve used kessil since day one…I’ve used the h80, the h160, and the h380…macro growing machine…currently have the h380 on the 55 barre and just a h80 on the fern and dragons breath fuge.
