Supplements - To give or not to give is the question.

Hey guys,
I currently have a reef tank with some yellow polps only, a trigger, bicolor angel, tangs, and some clowns with anomenes.

What supplements is everyone using that seems to be success and for what reason, and what manufacturer?

For instance calcuim buffers/PH buffers/vitamins.Trace elements. Satan's Milkman is just trying to keep with the Jones.

for what u have all the supplement u need is light
i have found that my yellow polips love to eat cyclopeze

the only supplement that i have really noticed any effect with is iodine and stroniume

I dont like using any supplements. Just some Phytoplankton, Cyclopeeze, (which is food not really a supplement) and Calcium.
Do water changes to get the trace elements back in your tank.

I really like the Tropic Marin Bio-Calcium.
