T mobile phone freehold

Hey guys I recently switched from verizion to t mobile.... what horror..... after some length discussions with technical support I found out my verizion phone does doesnr carry the full t mobile bandtwith. Before I buy a t mobile phone and not switch back to verizion does any one have an extra t mobile phone I can borrow for a couple days to see if there service is actually better with there service phone? I'm in freehold boro.

Mike I have a cheap one you can borrow. I have used t mobile for 4 years now no complaints whatsoever. Before I switched I ordered a trial phone to test the coverage. It seems to be good all the places I usually go.

Mike, when I switched T-Mobile gave me 4 phones to test for 10 days. Then after you decide yes or no. I went with them.

Yea I signed up from a "mobile unit and basicly the salesman was a flake. Definitely didn't get to try anything. But I'm glad to see people happy using them I had them over five years ago and they weren't bad, only reason I switched is cause I had no cell service through Sandy while verizion did. But that was long ago and I've heard better review so I said let's try again.

You were sold a complete load a malarkey. Verizon is a CDMA based phone service. Tmobile is GSM based. you cannot use all the features from a verizon phone on GSM network. I guess if it's a fancy Iphone it should work. Tmobile always has deals on their equipment - i'm surprised they didn't give you a deal for switching. Then just sell your old phone on ebay or something.

Yea there was a few problems with the whole transaction, reimbursements and other discounts weren't completed or falsely explained by salesman. Needless to say I was able to borrow a phone and there network is better then my last go around. Unfortuanlty because of other issues I'm probably going to go back to verizion, I believe they have a 30 day welcome back period that continues with your old arrangements
