its time for me to get new lighting for my tanks one is a 65 and other is a 40 breeder well i am torn between the Aquactinics TX5 or the Tek with 6 lamps and also what color combo on the lamps Any help would be great

Im not to my lighting yet on my tank but the choices are mind boggling aren't they. cant get past Metal halide or T5 they got pick ones they got blue ones they got this they got that. Make me want to just use regular Flour, Just kidding .

damn that ought to work. my tank is 7' long how should I go about lighting it its also 30 deep

this thing is not even on the market yet. I'll ask what the price will be. i have 12 t5s over my 265 and i put a few sps corals on the sand bed they are doing great so far.
in about a month the 3 foot verison of the Plug and Play will be avalible I'm going to get another 4 footer and 2 3 footers over my tank. 16 t5 looks nice.
