Tank Drilling?

Im working on putting together a refugium the will sit above my tank, i would like to drill it so it will overflow into my display tank. Looking to do a smaller hole but bigger is one as i can use reducers.

Does anyone have a drill bit i could possible borrow to drill a tank. Or id be willing to travel with it for some help with the drilling.

Im located in Brick, 08724

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Assuming this is for glass, I have two bits.....a 46 mm for 1 inch bulkheads, and a 62 mm for 1 1/2 inch bulkheads. I also have the drill guides that not only guide the bit, but also hold the water to keep the bit cool.
