Leaving for vacation in 3 days.

Haven't had a concern for anything for 3 months+.

In past 24 hours, as we're prepping to leave....

Dogsitter has scheduling conflict.

Return pump on main tank blows out.

ATO on secondary tank blows out.

Washing machine breaks, full of water, of course.

Boat I had surveyed, and have to close on by Monday has a kill switch blow out this morning.

The gods laugh.

We're all good.
I'm old enough to be used to life.

On the plus side...
Found an old working return pump,
Jury rigged an ATO with switches I forgot I had,
Replaced washer pump to no avail as problem was on the board, so bought a new washer at 8pm last night,
Found dog coverage,
Boat kill switch fixed, test ran after work today, prop pitch too high, bought new prop, getting helm replaced, and getting some fiberglass work done while we're gone.

Need a vacation from the past 48 hours.
An 18 hour trip with two kids will probably be a relief atm.
