Thanks Steve - Now My Tank Sucks -

Serious Tank envy going on over here tonight. It's all Steve's fault.
I didnt really think about it when I was there, but now it hit me, everything in your tank looks like it's Supposed to be there. I'm sure having all those extra tanks in the garage really helps.
My tank is always a project waiting to be finished. I have a pile of Digitada laying in the corner, broken or dead pieces laying around. Frags all over the place that look like frags. They should be in a Frag Tank.

Help Me! I've got an idea. I'm going to have a Meeting/Party where 50 of my closest Reefing Friends will come over and build an Addition on the side of my house.

I'll cook Ribs!!

I found myself rather envious as well. Since it is all Steve's fault, I have told him he needs to make housecalls to fix my meager efforts at a reef.

Hef, I like your plan. 50 people all working hard, heh, a small addition should be done in a day. ;D

Just make sure those friends aren't "reefing" friends, cause we'd spend all day looking at your tank.

Don't sell yourself short Hef, you've got a beautiful tank yourself.

You're not the only one who walked out of there with tank envy. John decided that we should take up Bee keeping as our meager efforts at reefkeeping are an embarrassment and we couldn't be nearly as bad at Beeeeee keeping!

I also think that Steve should front 1/2 the money it is going to cost me to keep up with the 68s! (Ozone, new 120 filled with macro and toadstools ... the electric to support all of that...) UGH!

If we start with the "get over here and tell me what I'm doing wrong" routine we're going to have to make a parade out of it with stops at each of our houses along the way!!

Hang in there Hef, your tank is beautiful too! Just look at those pictures you've posted!!

dont feel bab i look at his tank all the time and i look at mine and i feel the same way thats why i dont want to stop over that much because the first thing i look at are the tanks and i come out depress all the time ??? some day hopefully ill have abigger tank and a lot of water volume yea thats it

Hef when i saw the post i was like oh S..t what did i do !
just remember it has taking me 3 years to get this far & i added what i could
afford at the time slowly, the good thing is i think im done LOL not !!!!
i think all that L/R helps with my filtration not to mantion a great skimmer & i stay
on top of my water changes 35 gallons every 2 weeks, it's not much when u think
about how much total water volume i have, if u need any help let me know.
the one thing that scares me the most is if the power ggoes out when im not home
i have a generator but i have to be home for that, i hope that never happends.
patience is virtue.
