My tank is damn near full now, and I wanted to say thanks to a few people.
Tom from Tom's River (Mott768): Thanks for the lights. They work great and you gave me a great deal on them. I need to get like 6 timers to run them one of these days, but that's neither here nor there. Also, thanks for the frag. It was my first one, and she's doing great so far. I've moved it a couple of times, and I think I found the perfect spot.
Jim (Jstoner): Thanks for the snails and the frag! I thought that the snails were going to be too much in my tank, but I think because I'm using well water instead of RO, I have a little extra algae to go around. Those guys are some busy little beavers, too. Although, now that I have a couple of frags in my tank, they do knock stuff down on a daily basis. And the Anthelia is awesome. That's about the biggest frag I've ever seen, too!
Heff: Thanks for the sampling! Everything I got from you is doing pretty good. I wedged the few pieces of SPS you gave me into some of my LR and the things look awesome. Given, it's only been a few days, but the piece is brown as can be and has it's little polyps out all the time. The frogspawn is just about my favorite coral now, even though it's just a little guy. I found a hole in a LR that was exactly the right size and shoved the back of the head in there and I swear it's actually grown already. Could just be my imagination, though! The mushrooms had the hardest time in my tank out of anything I've yet put in there. There were probably 15 of them on that rock you gave me, and the largest 2 actually seemed to melt off the rock. Looked like eggs running down into the sand. After I removed those two, though, all the others look great..don't know what the problem was, but you mentioned you run some pretty unique charectoristics on your water.
Larry (Wobbegong)...you hooked me up fat! We met at a McDonalds off 287 and the I got about 5 frags and a little bag of snails. I really didn't think I needed more snails, but hey...what the hell! plus, they're so different from the other snails I have...so much smaller, and these guys are actually capable of righting themselves if they fall on their back. I thought, when i put them in the tank yesterday, that they were all dead, but nope...this morning they were all in different places in my tank. It's like a snail paradise in that baby.
The frags you gave me...well, I think i need to give you a call or PM or something to find out what some of them are. The pulsing xenia stayed closed all evening until I turned out the lights, and about 2am I got up to use the bathroom and it was open in my LEDs...guess it was a little confused. Anyway, it's doing great. The zoa's, which were the one frag I REALLY wanted out of everything I've gotten so far opened almost instntly upon hitting my water. The other frags are...well, they're just sitting there. I don't know how they're going to turn out, but I can't wait!
This club rules. You guys really look out for the new guy, and I just wanted to let you know I REALLY appreciate it.

PS - The only frags I'd yet like to find that I don't have are one of those Kenya Tree Frags and something that my clown might end up hanging out in (that's not an anemone...just looks like one).
Other than that, I think in a few months my tank is going to get rather pretty.
