I understand that LIRA, the reef club on long island has some benefits with the owner/manager of that place. As in adjusted prices and behind the scenes tours...not sure how we can leverage that but I recall reading about it on the lira forum in RC.

At the very least, maybe we could try to get a group going? Because, I must admit, I'm more than mildly intrigued.

Hi All..I visited Atlantis as part of a Long Island Reef Club seminar/show back in early March and had a great time. The giant Coral Reef is spectacular. But that wasn't all. The specialty exhibits were well done and informative.

The current President of the Long Island Reef Association, Joe Yaiullo, is the creator of the coral reef and a founder of Atlantis.

Based on my experiences at the show and the friendliness of the people I met, I think it is worth contacting them concerning a club visit to/tour of Atlantis.
