Wow, that's cool. You could set up a reef anywhere the water depth and temp were right.

On the other hand, they could grow acro frags like any other crop!

That's pretty sweet. Dr. Thomas J. Goreau does similar work with the Global Coral Reef Alliance. I think his structures run electricity through the metal and it supposedly allows for faster growth rates (don't ask me how)
