So I have been battling algae all over my tank for a few months that I have never had a problem with in over 5 years. I changed RODI filters, added more GFO and started carbon dosing, all to no avail. Nothing has changed and all of a sudden all this algae popped up. I started looking at my fish and they all had pot bellies. I travel for work and my wife feeds to tank for me when I am way, and she has been doing so for years. So apparently she started to feel bad for the yellow watchman at feeding time and would feed the tank until the rest stopped feeding. Moral of the story maybe something about the tank has changed even though you do not think so!! haha
