Yea on the ugly side for sure,but Im sure they taste just like chicken.Its amazing how we continually find new species in the ocean.Which is really amazing,I look forward to seeing what comes up in the future

No doubt there are new species to be found - or even old species to locate. Consider the prime example of the coelacanth fish - off south africa. I actually recall seeing the fish as a fossil in the American Museum of Natural history in NY. talk about a fish that was supposedly "extinct". These letters about the coelacanth's discovery in 1938 are pretty interesting (but loooooooooooong).

Imagine discovering a fish that everyone thought was extinct for millions of years. She definitely deserved to have that species named after her!

Anyone else catch the fact that these things came up from 33,000 feet. That’s 1000 times the pressure at sea level. Again, one thousand times! I say that at depth, these guys are no bigger than a grain of sand. When they are quickly brought to the surface, the change in pressure makes them blow up to this gigantic size.
