Best way to transport them is very carefully.

Are you getting it from a store or a private seller? Either one of them should be able to properly package it up for you.

Why don't you tell us about your tank set up as anemones can be difficult creatures to care for. Welcome to NJRC

Anemones are filled with water and most times upon shipping or transportation they expel water from their body and it goes into the bag or bucket. This water contains waste that can give off ammonia when shipped for long distances.
The more water you drive with them in the better.
Shipping is more luck then anything.
Sometimes when wholesalers ship they ship with less water because the anemones expel more water. i guess it saves on cost.
